CHEESY BAKED HASHBROWN & EGGS

INGREDIENTS

  • Butter

  • Eggs

  • Potatoes

  • White cheddar or mozzarella

  • Zamor chilli garlic salt

  • Zamor onion powder

  • Salt

  • Pepper


Cooking and Preparation

  1. Add butter to an oven safe pan and melt it in the oven.

  2. Shred your potatoes and squeeze out the water using a paper towel or a clean kitchen cloth.

  3. Once your butter has melted carefully take your pan out of the oven.

  4. Spread your shredded potatoes in your pan and season with chili garlic salt and onion powder.

  5. Add your cheese over the shredded potatoes and create 3 pockets within the potatoes.

  6. Crack your eggs into the pockets and and season with salt and pepper.

  7. Bake for 5-10 minutes.

  8. This recipe will make a light and soft potato base with a creamy egg in the center.

  9. For a crunchy and crispy potato base cook the potatoes separately for 10-15 minutes and then add your eggs and cheese and bake for 5 minutes.

  10. Serve immediately.
