CREAMY MUSHROOM AND SAGE BAKED CHICKEN

Ingredients
Chicken thighs
Garlic
Assorted mushrooms
Leeks
Fresh Sage
Fresh cream
Black pepper
Chicken spice
Dried Oregano
Olive oil
Butter
Cooking and Preparation
Preheat your oven to 200•C
Season your chicken thighs with olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano and chicken spice.
Place on a baking tray and bake until cooked through and crispy.
While your chicken is cooking chop up your leeks and garlic.
Remove your chicken from the oven and leave to rest.
Add butter to a pan. Once your butter is melted add your chopped leaks and garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add your sage and cream and sauté for 3 minutes.
Add your mushrooms and cook until your mushrooms are soft.
Add your chicken to the pan with your mushroom sauce and leave on the stove to simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Serve immediately with baked potatoes or bread.
