CREAMY TUSCAN CHICKEN

Tuscan chicken is famous in Italy because of its bold and punchy flavors. And now it can be a household favorite with just a few simple steps.

INGREDIENTS
Chicken breasts
Cream
Baby spinach
Tomatoes
Onions
Garlic
Onion powder
Chicken spice
Pepper
Salt
Butter
White button mushroom
Parmesan cheese
Lemons
Parsley
COOKING AND PREPARATION
Season chicken with salt, pepper, chicken spice and onion powder.
Squeeze a lemon over the chicken and leave to rest for 20 minutes.
On medium heat melt butter in a pan.
Once your butter is melted add your chicken. Cook until brown on each side.
While your chicken cooks, chop your vegetables except the spinach.
Once your chicken is cooked through, transfer it to a bowl.
Add more butter and fry your onions and garlic.
Once these are soft and fragrant, add your diced tomato and your mushrooms.
Cook until soft then add your fresh cream and your spinach.
Cook for 3 minutes then add your Parmesan cheese.
Add your chicken and all the juices on the plate and simmer for about 5 minutes. Make sure you baste the chicken with the creamy sauce.
Add more cream if the sauce is too thick!
Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
