Ingredients
Eggs
White Vinegar
Water
Measurements
1 large egg
2-3 tbsp vinegar
3 cups of water
Cooking & Preparation
Bring a pot of water to a light boil. Add vinegar.
Carefully crack your egg into a small bowl.
Using the pointy end of your wooden spoon, stir the boiling water to make a small vortex. Don’t over stir as this breaks the egg.
Add your egg carefully in the middle of the vortex and leave to cook for about 3-5 minutes depending on your desired yolk consistency.
Remove your egg with slotted spoon or a small sieve.
Top it off with Hollandaise Sauce and your desires herbs.
