POACHED EGGS

Ingredients

  • Eggs

  • White Vinegar

  • Water


Measurements

  • 1 large egg

  • 2-3 tbsp vinegar

  • 3 cups of water


Cooking & Preparation

  1. Bring a pot of water to a light boil. Add vinegar.

  2. Carefully crack your egg into a small bowl.

  3. Using the pointy end of your wooden spoon, stir the boiling water to make a small vortex. Don’t over stir as this breaks the egg.

  4. Add your egg carefully in the middle of the vortex and leave to cook for about 3-5 minutes depending on your desired yolk consistency.

  5. Remove your egg with slotted spoon or a small sieve.

  6. Top it off with Hollandaise Sauce and your desires herbs.
