SPINACH & CREAM CHEESE CHICKEN BAKE

Chicken, Cheese and Spinach a perfect combination. You just have to try it!

Ingredients

• Chicken breasts

• Spinach

• Cream cheese

• Onion

• Garlic

• Salt

• Pepper

• Portuguese chicken spice

• Mozzarella cheese

Cooking & Preparation

1. Wash your chicken and remove any unwanted skin or fat.

2. Season your chicken with salt, pepper and any other spices you want, I used Portuguese chicken spice.

3. Melt butter in a pan on high heat. Once your butter is melted add your chicken.

4. Fry your chicken for 2 minutes on each side. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

5. Chop your spinach, garlic and onion. Fry in the same pan used for the chicken.

6. Once your spinach reduces take it off the stove and transfer to a bowl.

7. Add cream cheese to your spinach.

8. Preheat oven to 230•C

9. Spread your creamy spinach on the base of you baking tray or roasting pan. Add your chicken on top of the creamy spinach and top off with mozzarella cheese.

10. Bake for about 10-15 minutes.
