SWEET & SOUR SAUSAGE CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS

  • Beef Sausage

  • Chicken/Beef Broth

  • Green pepper

  • Carrots

  • Onions

  • Chutney

  • Garlic

  • Flour

  • Salt

  • Pepper


COOKING & Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 230•C

  2. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat and fry your sausage until brown.

  3. Add your sausage to a casserole dish or roasting pan with all your vegetables.

  4. I’m a bowl or mug, add your broth, 1 Tbsp of flour and chutney.

  5. Pour your liquid into the casserole dish. Make sure your sausage and vegetables are submerged halfway.

  6. Season with salt and pepper.

  7. Garnish with garlic.

  8. Bake uncovered for 60 minutes or until your sauce is thick.

  9. Serve with mashed potatoes.
