CREAMY GARLIC BUTTER CHICKEN

Ingredients
Chicken breasts
Garlic
White wine
Butter
Fresh cream
Lemons
Fresh parsley
Dried rosemary
Black pepper
Salt
Olive oil
Preparation & Cooking
Wash chicken and remove excess fat.
Rub with salt, pepper and a pinch of rosemary.
Squeeze a whole lemon and add the juice to the seasoned chicken.
Add a tablespoon of olive oil to a preheated frying pan.
Once the oil is hot enough, place your chicken breasts onto the hot pan for frying.
Add lemon slices to the pan and fry with the chicken.
While the chicken is browning, prepare your garlic butter.
Melt 2-3 tablespoons of unsalted butter until creamy.
Take 3 large cloves of garlic and chop finely or use a garlic mincer.
Finely chop some fresh parsley.
Mix everything together.
Remove lemon wedges from pan and check if the chicken is cooked through or slightly pink on the inside but golden brown on the outside.
Add the garlic butter mix while the chicken is still cooking.
Mix well and add half a cup of your preferred white wine or chicken broth.
Stir until wine is slightly reduced then add your fresh cream and a splash of wine.
Simmer for 3-5 minutes and add uses lemon wedges to enhance flavor.
Once creamy sauce has thickened, finely chop some parsley and garnish for aesthetics.
Serve with your preferred starch.
