CREAMY ROSEMARY CHICKEN & MUSHROOM

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

  • Rosemary

  • Mushrooms

  • Garlic

  • Parmesan cheese

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Butter

  • Origanum

  • Fresh cream


Cooking & Preparation

  1. Wash your chicken and pat dry with a paper towel.

  2. Season each side with salt, pepper and origanum. About 1tspn.

  3. On high heat, melt some butter in a pan.

  4. Once the butter has melted, add your chicken and rosemary.

  5. Crush one clove of garlic with the palm of your hand and add it as well.

  6. Cook each side for about 4 minutes or until the outside is slightly browned.

  7. Transfer the chicken to a baking pan.

  8. Preheat oven to 230•C

  9. Chop some mushrooms and add them to your baking pan with the chicken.

  10. Dice 2 large garlic cloves and spread them onto your mushroom and chicken.

  11. Add some rosemary to the dish.

  12. Finish off with some Parmesan cheese on top of the chicken and some fresh cream.

  13. Pop it into the oven for about 45 minutes.

Goes well with baked jacket potatoes.
