EASY BEEF STIR FRY

‘Stir fry’ is one of those dishes where you can throw you all the vegetables in your fridge, add a protein and slap on some soy sauce and voila a great stir fry dish.

INGREDIENTS
Beef strips
Carrots
Garlic
Green pepper
Yellow onions
Red onion
Plum & Soy sauce
Chutney
Tomato sauce
Black pepper
Onion powder
COOKING AND PREPARATION
Season your beef with salt, pepper and onion powder.
On medium heat, heat olive oil in a pan and cook your beef until browned. While your beef is cooking, slice your vegetables.
Once your beef has browned, transfer it to a bowl and sauté your onions and garlic.
Once your onions and garlic are golden and fragrant, add your carrots and green pepper.
Cook until soft.
Add your beef back to the pan including all the juices on the plate.
Add your plum and soy sauce, tomato sauce and chutney. Add a tablespoon of water.
Fry for 5 minutes and take off the stove.
Serve with rice or noodles.
