GARLIC MASHED POTATOES

INGREDIENTS

  • Potatoes

  • Garlic cloves

  • Milk

  • Cream

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Butter


Cooking & Preparation

  1. Peel your potatoes and soak them for 10 minutes. Drain the water.

  2. Put your potatoes in a pot.

  3. Add garlic to your potatoes. You can add as much as you want for extra flavor.

  4. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Boil your potatoes on medium high heat until your potatoes are soft.

  6. Once you potatoes are cooked drain the remaining water.

  7. Use a fork or a potato masher to mash the potatoes.

  8. Add your cream, milk and butter. Add just enough for it to be smooth and creamy.

  9. Use a hand mixer to make your mash extra smooth.

  10. Top it off with black peppercorns and serve hot.
