SEASONED GREEN BEANS

Ingredients

  • Green beans

  • Garlic

  • Water

  • Vegetable broth

  • Vegetable spice

  • Olive oil


Cooking & Preparation

  1. Wash your green beans and remove the tips.

  2. On high heat, add olive oil to your frying pan.

  3. Once the oil is hot, add your green beans.

  4. Continuously fry for 2 minutes.

  5. Add 2 cloves of grated garlic depending on the size.

  6. Once your garlic is incorporated in the dish, add your vegetable spice. Fry until incorporated.

  7. Mix 2 tablespoons of vegetable broth and 4 - 5 tablespoons of water. This is to regulate the amount of salt in your food. If you added enough vegetable spice, there is no need for the broth, simply add water.

  8. Let the green beans boil for about 3 minutes and drain the water.

  9. Fry for about a minute or so and remove from the heat.

  10. Serve with Mash, Salmon or Chicken.
