STICKY LEMON & HONEY THIGHS

Ingredients
Chicken thighs
Lemons
Honey
Salt
Soy sauce
White vinegar
Apple cider vinegar
Garlic
Olive oil
Cooking & Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Wash your thighs and remove all excess skin and fat.
Place chicken thighs in a large shallow
Season your chicken with salt and pepper. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, add: 1/2 cup of honey, 1/4 cup of lemon juice, 1 tblspn of soy sauce, 1 tspn of white vinegar, 1 tspn of apple cider vinegar, 3 minced garlic cloves.
Whisk everything together.
Heat olive oil in a pan on high heat. Place your chicken in the pan skin side down and cook each side for about 4 minutes. Make sure you use a non stick pan so that the skin doesn’t stick.
Add some of the sauce in the pan and cook for a minute or so.
Transfer your chicken and all pan juices to a baking tray.
Pour the rest of the sauce over the chicken and place in the oven.
Bake until sauce is sticky and chicken is golden brown.
Lemon & Honey is a great combination. But the key is finding the right balance.
