SWEET & STICKY BBQ WINGS

Ingredients
Chicken Wings
Barbecue sauce
Tomato sauce/ketchup
Honey
Salt
Black pepper
BBQ spice
Chicken spice
Brown sugar
Olive oil
Cooking & Preparation
Wash your wings and remove all excess fat.
Once the wings are washed cut them at the joint separating the ‘drumstick’ part and the actual wing.
Place your wings onto your roasting tray.
Preheat your oven at 190•C.
For your marinade, Take a small to medium bowl.
Add your ketchup, barbecue sauce, honey and 1tspn of brown sugar, Mix well.
Add 1tspn of black pepper, chicken spice and barbecue spice.
Mix everything together.
Add some olive oil and half a teaspoon of salt to your wings before adding your marinade.
Now pour your marinade over your wings. If your wings are drowning in marinade that’s a good sign!
Cover your roasting tray with foil paper and roast for 30 minutes at 190•C.
Uncover the wings, increase the heat and continue to cook for another 30 minutes or until the wings are nice and sticky.
