Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Broccoli

  • Assorted Bell Peppers

  • Carrots

  • Onions

  • Potato Spice

  • Vegetable Spice

  • Parsley

  • Butter


Cooking & Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 175•C

  2. Wash your vegetables and chop them up to your desired shape and size. Make sure they’re all the same size or similar in size, that way they will cook more evenly.

  3. Add potatoes, carrots, bell peppers and onions to your roasting pan.

  4. Season with potato spice, vegetable spice and parsley.

  5. Add butter to your vegetables.

  6. Cook until potatoes are slightly cooked.

  7. Add broccoli.

  8. Roast until your vegetables are cooked to your desired tenderness.
