EASY BEEF STEW

Ingredients
Beef Cubes or Beef Goulash
Carrots
Onions
Garlic
Red bell peppers
Salt
Black pepper
Parsley
Mixed herbs
Barbecue spice
Olive oil
Beef broth
Tomatoes
Tomato paste
Tomato sauce
Cooking & Preparation
Wash you beef and remove any unwanted fat.
Pat the beef with a paper towel.
Heat some oil in a frying pan over high heat.
Once oil is hot, add your beef.
Add 1tspn of parsley, 1tspn of black pepper, 1tspn of mixed herbs, 1/2 tspn of barbecue spice.
Mix everything together and let beef brown. If water starts forming, drain the water and mix that with your beef broth or simply use that homemade broth on its own.
Add 1 diced onion and 2 diced garlic cloves.
Cook until onion is golden.
Add your red bell peppers and cook until incorporated in the dish. Add water to deglaze the pan. About 2tblspns of water
Once the water you added has evaporated and the peppers are cooked, add your carrots and your potatoes.
Cook for about 5 minutes and then add your tomato paste. About 1 tbspn
Cook for another 5 minutes and then add your diced tomatoes and more parsley.
Once your tomatoes have mixed into the dish add 1 cup of beef broth.
Let simmer for 3-4 minutes then add 4tblspns of tomato sauce.
Add 1/4 cup of broth and let simmer until your beef is soft and carrots are cooked through.
Best served with; Bread, Mash or Rice.
