GREEK LAMB CUTLETS

Ingredients

  • Lamb cutlets

  • Olive oil

  • Lemon

  • Oregano

  • Garlic

  • Salt

  • Black pepper


Measurements

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

  • 2 tsp dried oregano

  • 4 cloves garlic minced

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Cooking & Preparation

  1. Wash your lamb and remove excess fat.

  2. Pat dry with a paper towel.

  3. Season your lamb with oregano, salt, pepper and minced garlic.

  4. Massage seasoning into your lamb.

  5. Pour lemon juice over seasoned lamb and massage again. Marinate for as long as you please.

  6. Arrange your lamb in a baking/roasting tray. Make sure you pour any excess marinade.

  7. Roast for 30 minutes or until the lamb is your desired doneness.

  8. Let rest for about 2-3minutes before serving.

  9. Sprinkle with a little extra dried oregano for added flavour and a little extra lemon juice on the top.

  10. Goes well with TZATZIKI sauce.

  11. Enjoy.
