LEMON ROSEMARY T-BONE STEAK

Ingredients
T-bone
Rosemary
Lemons
Garlic
Salt
Black pepper
Butter
Cooking & Preparation
Wash your steak and remove unwanted fat. Pat dry with a paper towel.
Season each side with salt and pepper.
In a pan, melt some butter on high heat.
Once butter is melted add your t-bone, rosemary and garlic.
Cook your steak for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Take your pan off the stove and Preheat your oven at 230 •C.
Place your steak on a baking tray. Pour your pan juices over the steak.
Add; rosemary, grated garlic, 2tblspns of lemon juice and some lemon wedges.
Pop the steak into the oven and cook for another 5-10 minutes depending on your desired doneness.
ROSEMARY & MUSHROOM SAUCE
Ingredients
Mushrooms
Rosemary
Black Pepper
Cream
Butter
Flour
Cooking & Preparation
Wash your mushrooms and cut them into fine slices.
In a sauce pan, melt some butter on high heat.
Once your butter melts, add your mushrooms and some black pepper and sauté them.
When they have browned, add your cream and half a tablespoon of flour to thicken.
Finish off with some rosemary and let that simmer to get full rosemary flavor.
This sauce goes well with this Lemon and Rosemary Steak and all types of Potato Dishes!
